Steamer Abandoned. Waitara, Last Night.
The steamer Samson, on being moved, has landed on the wreck of the Pateirson, knocking a hole in her hull. The engines shifted and the water is flowing in and out of her. The captain ha 3 abandoned her. She is insured in the South British for £300.
