Arrangements at Hamilton.
Owing to the uncertainty attending the time of Tawhiao's arrival at Hamilton, it has not been po3hiblo to complete all the arrangements for his reception. The committee have accepted the tender of Mr Gaudin for the banquet, which will be held in the Hamilton Hall, adjoining the Waikato Hotel. The Maori party as before arranged, will be met at the boundary of the Borough, accompanied by the Hamilton Brass Band, and as many of the townsfolk and f-ettlers as can make it convenient to be present. On arriving at the centre of Hamilton East between the two hotels, the Mayor will read the address of AVelcoine. The school children will be drawn up on either side of the street, and will probably .«ing " My own New Zealand Home." The whole party will then cross the bridge and march to the Council chambers, where they will disperse.
