Italian Finances. Rome, July 8.
It is announced that the English financial houses of Messrs. Baring Brothers and Go. and Messrs. Hambro and Co. have contracted with the Italian Government for a new loan, the amount of which has not, however, yet transpired. It will be issued next week, and upon oenditions which will obviate the present monetary stringency now felt in Italy.
