International Conference at Paris. Paris, July 8.
The International Monetary Conference which opened its sittings here on the 19th of April last, and has eat on various occasions since that date, has now broken up without any definite decision being arrived at on the subject of the universal adoption of bimetallism. The Conference will, however, meet again in April next year, and in the meantime the various Governments will be requested to open diplomatic correspondence on the question, for the consideration of which the Conference will be assembled.
