The Auckland Stud Company. [BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH,OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Auckland, Last Night.
Afc a meeting of the Auckland Stud Compuny to-day, the report shewed that the company was in a very thriving" condition. The balance-sheet shewed that the year's operations had yielded a net piofit of £1601, which, with the profit of the previous year, made a total of JE<s9<3B to the credit. A dividend of 12j per cent, wtw declared, and the shareholders present agreed to take up the unallotted shares at twenty per ceut. above par.
