CAVALRY PRIZE FIRING.
The members of the Hamilton Troop, Waikato Cavalry, competed at the butts on Tuesday, (Queen's Birthday) for prizes presented by Captain Whitaker and Mr J". Moses. The weather wag exceptionally good, and in consequence very fair shooting was made. The competitors were divided into two squads, one of eight and the other of five— points being allowed the younger shots. The following are the scores :—: — '
