Messrs Banks and Co.'.s Weekly Report.— \t Parawai, on Thursday, t.tt cattle were in full supply, mostly of gond quality, but very variable in si/e. Choice steers and heifers, of medium weight, maintained Lite rates, but aged o\en that had been worked, though well iatted, were at lower values, lhe sheep offered were Napierbred wethers, grazed by Messrs Gould Ilrothers, VV.iitoa, and were of exceptionally good quality, realising from ios to 18s each. .Sevcial useful hacks and light harness horses were offered, but their being m little demand, few sales were eflected. Prices • Uest beet, 25s to 26s per loolbs. ; medium, 22s Gd ; prime wether mutton, 3d per lb.
