The Ambassador-) of the Powers have had under consideration the conditions now placed by the Porte upon the proposed transfer of territory in Thessaly and Epirus to Gicece. After deliberation the ambassadors unanimously decided to reject the stipulations of the Porte, and the latter has been urged to withdraw them.
