Pilot Paton is on board, but the captain will do nothing for him. He will ntither shift out nor m, and the safety of the ship is endangered. < oxswain Milne requests Captain McCallum to ooniuniofite with the agents, A signal has been iao up from the Fray Bentous to the effect that some one is drowned.
