Auckland, Last Night.
A man named William Fisher fell over the wharf, and was saved by two others jumping into the water and holding him up till assistance came. Three cases of typhoid and one of scarlet fever have been received into the Hospital this week. In the civil sessions of the Supreme Court, Admiral Seymour obtained a writ of ejectment, with £56 damages, against Hutchinson occupying land in Victoriastreet. Fitzgerald obtained judgment against Hamana White, of Kaipara, a native, to recover possession of land. All the other common jury cases were settled oub of Court.
