Entertainments at Hamilton.
To-night the members of the Magnet Variety Troupe will give a performance in the Oddfellows' Hall in aid of their Wardrobe Fund, and in the afternoon they will give a free entertainment to the Bchool children, to which adults will be charged a shilling. PANORAMA OP THE FRANCO-PEDSSIAN WAR.
On Easter Monday night, Smith's Panorama of the Franco-Prussian War ■will be exhibited in the Oddfellows' Hall, having been leased from the proprietor by a few speculative local men. The Panorama is exceedingly well painted, and the scenes give a clear and graphic idea of the various episodes in the great struggle. The Australian Press ,speak very highly of the Panorama, which had a run of over three years in the colonies. In addition to the Panorama, a select danoe will be held. The music will jbe provided by Mons. Calon and Herr Muller, the services of these gentlemen having been specially retained for the occasion. As the prices of admission are within the reach of all, we expect to see a crowded house, as this will be the only chance of seeing the Panorama.
