The Irish Land Bill. London, April 11.

Mr John Dillon, M.P. for Tipperary, has written a letter denouncing the Irish Land Bill in strong terms. Parnell has written a letter on the subject of the Irish Land Bill, which has been introduced in the House of Commons. He says that the measure is seriously defective, and the good derivable from it depends entirely upon the firmness of the people in their adherence to the Land League. He denounces the clauses of the Bill providing for the making of a grant to facilitate emigration. The bulletin issued here this evening reports that Earl Beaconsfield is now regaining strength, and is making progress towards recovery. Paris, April 12. The Chambers have passed a vote of confidence in the Ministry. Melbourne, April 13.
