The Treachery of the Boers. CAPETOWN April 11.
Capetown, April News has been received from the Transvaal that the Boers have admitted that the surrender of the British garrison at Potchefstroom- on the day on which peace was Bigned, was brought about by treachery on the part of the attackers, and the surrender accordingly has been rescinded.
