Closing of the Parihaka Native Meeting. Normanby, Last Night.
The largest meeting held on the coast for years closed at Parihaka laßt night. Te Whiti's speech, as an oration, was splendid, but as a means of conveying his intentions, absolutely inoperatiye. There were about 100 Europeans present.
