NATIVE LANDS COURT, CAMBRIDGE.

Thuesday. -— (Before His Honor Judge Symonds and the Native Assessor.) The Court sat at 10 a.m., and proceeded to consider the various applications regarding the boundaries of the subdivisions of the Waiti-Kurunui Blocks. Mr Mackay applied to have the Ngatitohetana No. 3 Block vested in the Ngatitohetana tribe. After some argument, the order was granted. The Court granted an order to vest Pitiugi No. 2a in the Ngatiturora and Ngatiterangi tribes, represented by Mr Mackay. On the application of Mr Mackay, the Court adjourned till the following morning, so as to enable the agents to complete' certain lists of names.
