Fears of a Fenian attempt to blow up the Castle having been dispelled, Her Majesty the Queen has now returned to Windsor. Parnell has returned to London from Paris, and haa resumed h' 1 } attendance at the House of Commons.
Several of the Home Rulers have seceded from Parnell's leadership, because of his action in " coquetting" with the Communists, during his recent visit to Paris.
