Coercion Bill. London, Feb. 10.
In the House of Commons to-day, the Irish Coercion Bill was tinder consideration in committee. An amendment was proponed by Mr Pugh, Liberal member for Cardiganshire, that * the affidavits should be necessary to justify the airest of suspected persona. The motion was debated at some length, but Avas finally rejected by the committee.
