The Coercion Bill. London, Feb. 4.
The Coercion Bill was declared "urgent," in order tliafc the Speakei should have full power to put down any obstruction to its discussion, and the debate -was resumed. The Hou.se is still sitting. Parnell has issued a manifesto, in which he urges his followers to act with calmness, and promises to renew the tight against the Coercion Bill in Parliament.
