This debate on the Irish Coercion Bill was resumed in the House of Commons last evening. The Irish members again pursued the course of obstruction, and much disorder prevailed. Finally, Parnell and all his adherents were, by the Speaker's orders, expelled^ from the House, and the discussion on the measure is now proceeding quietly. ,A great sensation has been caused owing to the expulsion of the obstruc tors. TJie, expulsion of Parnell aud his followers from the House of Commons last night was proposed by Mr Gladstone, who moved that their expulsion, and nothing less^ wotild snffice to restore order. The motion was carried, and the Speaker gave the orders that the obstructed be expelled. An unexampled scene was the result, and disorder ensued. Many members who were ordered to retire resisted the officers of the Hou&e. Dillon opposed them violently, and was forcibly expelled. Finally, all the obstructors left the chamber, and order was restored. Afternoon. Shortly after the Irish obsfcructors had been expelled, ■ the House discussed Mr Gladstone's resolution that a majority of three-fourths on the passage of a motion of " urgency"' should suffice to give the Speaker supreme control. The motion was slightly modified and adopted.
