The subscribers have received instructions from Mr. Alfred Harris, to sell by auction, at the Durham Yards, on Friday, December 10, at 12 o'clock noon, HIS Valuable Improved Farm, containing 300 acres. The whole, with the exception of about 50 acres of good, puriri bush, is laid down in gra?s. The soil is good, and the whole well watered. It is conveniently situated, within two miles of Waipipi wharf, and close to the public school. There is regular steam communication between Onehunga aud Waiuku, and the district is a rising, and an opportunity to secure so snug a farm rarely occurs.
