Description of Land : — Block IX. :Section 1, mostly dry fern land, about 5 acres of bush on river; 2, mostly swamp, about 12 acres dry, a little bush and manuka ; 3, dry fern land, a little tall manuka; 4, about half dry, half swamp ; 6, 7 and 11, all swamp ; 8, nearly all swamp; 9, mostly swamp, 5 acres dry ; 10, mostly swamp, 8 acres dry. Block XI. : Section 64, nearly all swamp.

Note.— Plans may be seen, and further particulars of the land obtained, on application at this office. Terms of Sale : — One-fourth of purchase money to be paid at the time of sale, and the balance within one month thereafter, otherwise the part of the purchase money paid by way of deposit shall be forfeited, and the contract for the sale of the land shall henceforth be null and void. Crown Grant fee to be paid on completion of purchase.

HHHE Match between the above Clubs, X. which was to have taken place on the 24th inst., is postponed until farther notice. I lieu of the above, a Match will be played in Hamilton on Saturday next — 11 v. 22. All members are requested to be present at the opening of the new ground. Play to commence at 1.30. A. O.
