The Cession of Dulcigno. London, November 18.
The Albanian chiefs have refused to assist the contingent of Turkish Redifs in enforcing the citizens of Dulcigno to surrender the town to Montenegro. The citizens continue m open hostility to the Turkish troops despatched there.
