Cabinet Council. London, November 18.
At a Cabinet Council, held yesterday, no decision was come to re policy in Ireland. The question of holding the Winter Session of Parliament was also considered, but likewise left in abeyance. It has transpired that Chamberlain demands of his colleagues that reforms shall be carried out in Ireland, together with coercive measures, which they propose to adopt.
