International Regatta. London, November 17.

The International Regatta for £1000 worth of prizes, given by the American Hop Bitters Company, commences tomorrow on the Thames. Four heats to be rowed. Afterwards the final contest will take place. The following is the drawing for heats : —First heat : Laycock, Elliott, Hawdon, and Barrier {sic). Second Heat : Reilly, Wallace, Ross, Largan, and Feby (sic). Third Heat: Smith, Hosmer, Gibson, and Anderson. Fourth Heat: Trickett, Nicholson, and Clasper. The course to be between Putney and Cheswick. Distance, about three miles. Hanlan hait been scratched, and will not take part in the regatta.
