Irish Affairs. London, November 6.
The Channel Squadron is ordered to Ireland. The Irish League appeal to the people of Ireland to subscribe liberally to the defence fund. A solicitor made his appearance in the Court in Dublin and demanded a detail of the charges brought against the leaguers. The Pope has warned the Roman Catholic Bishops of Gal way and Waterford to avoid any interference in the Irish land agitation.
