rT^HE Trustees, having received certain X portions of road in accordance with "Public Works Act, 1576," hereby give notice to owners of land having furze growing on roads, to trim fences and remove the same from roads in one month from date. In the matter of "The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876," and the amendments thereof, and of ANGUS CAMPBELL, of Hamilton, in the Provincial district of -Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, Timber Merchant, a Debtor. NOTICE is hereby given, that at a meeting of Creditors of the said Angus Campbell, held at the Courthouse, Hamilton, on the eleventh day of October, instant, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, William Swindon Laurie, and Charles Murdoch, of Auckland, in the Provincial District of Auckland, Merchants, were elected Creditor's Trustees in the estate of the said Angus Campbell, and that the said William Swindon Laurie, and Charles Murdoch have intimated to me in writing their acceptance of the said office of Trustees.
