LAST NIGHT'S NEWS. [BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH]. [FROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT .] Auckland, Last Night.
The civil action, Government v. J. C. Young, to recover £1600, has been withdrawn. The accounts were referred to the Registrar. The briganfcine James Asturt, loaded with timber, was wrecked off Kaipara Heads. The hull was found on the beach. It ia unknown, yet whether the crew were saved.
