Tine following* telegram was received on Saturday by E. Fitzpatrick Esq., Chairman Ngaruawahia Town Board on the subject of the Ngaruawahia Suburban Lands so unaccountably withdrawn from sale the other day :—: — Wellington, 2oth September, 18S0. To E. FiTzrATmcK Esq., Chairman of Public Meeting, Ngciruawahia. Your letter of twentieth receivod The Commissioner of Crown Lauds has been instructed to sell the Ngaruawahia sections without any unnecessary delay. (Signed) H. J. H. Elliott.
