THE LATEST. The Combined Fleet in the Adriatic. London, September 20.

Intelligence has been received regarding the action of the combined European fleet now at Ragusa, in the Adriatic, which has been sent as a naval demonstration against Turkey. Vice- Admiral Sir Paget Seymour, who commands the whole Squadron, recently despatched an ultimatum to Ali Riza Pasha, Commander of Turkish Forces at Dulcigno, demanding an immediate session of that town and district to Montenegro. No answer has as yet been returned by Riza Pasha, neither have any steps been taken to execute the demands of the Powers made through the British Admiral.
