In the long contested case, Brigham Chambers re Kangiriri property, judge Richmond overruled demurrer, thus deriding in favor of Mr Brissenden's claim to balance in excess of amount for which the property was cold by the Mortgagee. The (.Governor's race horses landed in "Wellington per Wakatipu, will run at Christchurch, notwithstanding the Governors withdrawal.
