M. D. Pearson, J. Palmer Campbell, Thomas Wells, Robert Kirkwood, ami James Johnston ; Mr F. J. Brooks and Mr John Houghton, auditors ; Mr George Henson and Mr Peter Thompson, fence-viewers. At a Meeting of the newly-elected Board, held on Mouday, the 19th instant, Mr J. Palmer Camjibell was appointed Chairman, and Mr James P Thompson Secretary and Collector. (Signed) J.
