Austria and the Porte. Vienna, July 21.

It is announced that the Austrian Government have informed the Porte that it ia determined that the decisions of the European Conference, recently held at Berlin, and the provisions of the Treaty of Berlin of 1878, so far as they relate to Montenegro, shall be executed in their entirety. The Austrian Government further informs the Porte that it will urg-e the strict execution of the decisions [of the Conference and Treaty by all concerned.
