Civil Cases.
J. D. & K. Hill v. A. Potter—Judgment for plaintiffs, with costs £1 Os 6d. — Mr O'Neill for plaintiffs. Vialou & Co. v. J. Bowl ton. — Claim, £7 2s 7d —Mr O'Neill for defendant.— The plaintiff having closed hi 9 case without proving his claim, Mr O'Neill for the defendant contended that the plaintiff mnst be non-suited. — The Court allowed plaintiff to re-open his case, and complete it. — The defendant deposed that his arrangement with plaintiff was that if the goods weie unsuitable, the defendant should take them back at his own cost, and that the goods were inferior, and were returned according to arrangement. — Judgment for defendant, with costs, £2 12s. All the other cases were settled out of Court.
