Dissenters Burials Bill. London, June 4.
In the House of Lords last night the new "Burials Bill was read a second time. The measure provides that the burial of dissenters should be permitted to take place in any churchyards or cemeteries without the recital of the Church of England service.
Constantinople, June 4. The question as to whether the sentence of death passed ou Mahomed Veli, the assassin ot the ussian Attache, olmiel CommeroT, should be commuted, has been referred to the Ulemas, who will decide upon the course to be pursued.
