TAUPIRI.
Great preparations are going on here for 4he concert to be held on Thursday 1 7th instant, to pay for the lining of our little church. If there be any balmce it is to be devoted to starting 1 a public library. The books will be kept at the school, and a rear onsible committee formed to t.ike charge of the fund. We hope to get a good house, and have received promises of assistance from friends at Ngauiawahia and Hamilton. — [Correspondent. ]
