The Sugar Crop. Melbourne, May 6.

Mauritius advices to the J2th of April report that inferior sugar is lower in price. A poor crop is expected. 1400 tons had cleared for Australia, and 200 for New Zealand. Freights at Mauritius, by the last advices, had little inquiry. The rate to Australia was 32s 6d to 37s 6d. Tonnage was scarce.
