Harsant, to offer for sale, at his Mart, Hamilton, on the above date, his well known Farm, situated between Harepepe and Whatawhata, on the western side of the Waipa. On inspection by intending purchasers, the iarm will be found to be one of the best in the district. There are about 150 acres in good grass, and 40 acres ploughed and ready for sowing. The remainder consists of fern and bush land, covered with valuable timber. The farm is bounded on one side by a good creek, on the other by the Waipa River. There is a good landing on the property, and steamers pass twice a week, and call when required. The farm is sub-divided into six paddocks, and substantially fenced.
