fT*HE undersigned have received inI structions from Mr L. B. Harris, to sell by private contract, that magnificent and beautiful Estate known as Harrisville, containing 757 acres, more or less, and situated half-way between the commercial towns of Hamilton, and Ngaruawahia. The property is bounded on one side by the Waikato River for a distance of 3 miles, and has a frontage to the Great South Road of about the same distance. Fenced with puriri and wire. The Railway runs through a portion of the Estate, with stations within one mile of either end of the property.
