RAGLAN LAND SALE.

There was but a small attendance, under twenty indeed at Le Quesne's Hall, Hamilton, yesterday, when Messrs Hunter & Nolan offered the Raglan property of Mr T. B Hill for sale by auction. The first lot only was sold, a half acre in the Government township, at the junction of John and James Street, which was knocked down to Mr Bullford, for £40, Ljts 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, were put up but found no bidders. Tie auctioneer then passed on to the count y lands, and threo farms at the base of the Karioi Mount were offered, the upseb price being £o per acre, but no further bid was made.
