Instructions have been given for widening the road between Waingonvovo and Kapipi Tais wi 1 somewhat delay the alvance of the Constabulary ro Parihaka. The attendance at the Parihaka meeting will probably be large, an^ the meeting is looked forward to with much interest. The repurt that the telegraph wire had been cut on Friday last turns out false. A dray was driven against a pole and disturbed one of the insult* tors : hence the line wonld not work.
