FLYING SQUADRON TO VISIT AUSTRALIA. London, February 12.
The Flying Squadron leaves England in April or May, for a cruise round the world, and will probably visit Australia. Earl Clanwilliam, C. 8., Junior Lord of Admiralty, Rear- Admiral, will be in command of the Squadron. The Squadron includes H.M.S. Bacchante, 16 guns; Captain Lord Charles Scott. It is doubtful whether the youn £ Princes Albert Victor and George of Wales, sons of the Prince of \Vales, who are on board the Bacchante will accompany the ship. The repairs to Chimborazo will shortly be completed, she will then resume her voyage to Melbourne on Monday.
