BY-LAWS of the Borough of Hamilton are hereby published in conformity with * lauso 340 of tho " Municipal Corporations Act, 1876," and will be further considered at a (special meeting of tho Council, to be held for that purpose at the Council Chambers, Hamilton, on Thursday, the 19th of February, 1880, at 7 o'clock p.m. J. Any person guilty of any of the following offences, omission, or neglects within the Borough of Hamilton, shall, on being 1 convicted of any »uch oft'ence, neglect or omission, be liable to pay any penalty not exceeding Five Tounda (£5).
