Wellington, Last Night.. Twelve millions were subscribed for the loan, which was floated at £IOO, evidencing a strong belief in the country and Government. This opinion general in the lobbies. The price is considerably in advance,of the last 5-per-cent. loan when the late Government were in power, and no extra taxation of difficulty. is spoken of. '
