Sydney, November 17. At; Natabadgery, bushrangers bUileci up over 30 persons. Moonlight and Newell were among the gang-, the former as leader. He was captured uninjured. Three Civilians, going to assist the police, fell iufco an ambuscade, and were given five minutes to prepare for death. The police arriving-, a desperate fight ensued. Sydney, November 18. The Natabadgery bushrangers are identified as Victorians. Eive youths under the leadership of Captain Moonlight intended to rob the Guudagai Bank. The sixth bushranger captured was found concealed m a house close to the scene of the encounter. The policeman who was wounded is m a critical state.
