Sir, — On Friday night, at Ngaruawahia, Mr Cnnningham said that he was not m favour of a plurality of votes at local elections ; on Wednesday night, at Hamilton, he said he was. "Whence the change? "Has MrWhitaker given him the idea? Will he explain ? His views of taxation, too, seem foggy. Can he enlighten us a little more on the subject, without writing to the Central Committee for instructions ? — Verbtjm' Sap.
