Hamilton, .Ujoust 30.' (Before W. H. Northcroft, Esq., R.M.) DRUNKENNESS. William Gleeson pleaded guilty to the above offence. Sergeant McGovern said the prisoner was unknown to the police. It was liis first offence, Discharged with a caution. September 1. drunkenness. John Taylor, (alias Goodwin) pleaded juilty. Sergeant McGovern said it was not the >risoner's first offence. Pined, }Qs and josts, or 48 hours. James Gilchrist and Jjokn Grey pleaded rnilty to tl\e charge of drunkenness. Che former was fined lQs and costs, or 8 hours, the latter 5s _\nd. Qqsts. or 8 hours.
