George Edgecumbe, valuator, deposed that in his opinion the damage amounted to £2 7s.
HJWm. Davis deposed to seeing other cattle than those of defendant's break into plaintiff's prsmises, prior to tho 13th and 14th instant. Last week he saAV several other people's cattle coming out of plaintiff's paddocks. One of them bolonged to him, Avitncss. The valuation might have been made before plaintiff put'his OAvn horses in, but not afterwards. Judgment for amount claimed, and costs, £1 12s Gd.
