DEATH.
CHARGE OF COWARDICE AGAINST HIS ES.ORT.
SYDNEY, July 7.
The Cape correspondent of the 'Evening- News' alleges that the British escort of the Prince Imperial galloped off and left him to his fate. He says that Captain Carey was met by General Chelmsford galloping camp wards, who upbraded them, and said they would be tried by court-martial.
