(Before H. W. Norfchoroft, Esq., E.M.) Breach of the Bail way by-laws to -wife being drunk and disorde-ily at the Railway Station, Ohdupo, on the Bth inst. Alexandra Craig, pleaded guilty to the above offence. In reply to the Court Sergeant Mc-G-overn said the . prisoner was very noisy and boisterous, lie, the -ergeant, had some difficulty in escorting the prisoner from Ohaupo to uamilton. ia Woranip remarked that it was only a short time ago .that the prisoner was punished by the Court for making uso of profane and bad language at Ohaupo.. le would now fine him in the sum of £5 and the costs.
