CAMBRIDGE, last night. The hounds met to-day, at a quarterpast one. The Cavalry mustered, by command, to follow. Hares were too plentiful. Several good runs were made, but no hares killed. Some good jumping 1 was made. Seven or eight had spills, and Trooper Steele's horse getting home, went mad, and dashed up against a fence, was sseverly injured, and not expected to live. Nobody hurt. Cavalry drill concluded this afternoon. Full meeting • now going 1 on. Year's financial statement read, and new, active and honorary members elected.The Troop now number over eighty, including Band, Sergeant-Major much liked, but he keeps troopers well up to their work. It is proposed to postpone the Native Lands Court, tiR May 20th.
